What is Employee Council?

The Employee Council has been an integral part of creating a venue for DCSD employees to share input, support our Board End Statements and to advance the goals of our school district. We are excited to continue the important work of DCSD through the Employee Council. This group acts as an advisory group to the district leadership in employee related matters such as compensation, Employee Guide review, and other important topics.

What are the time requirements for employees participating on the Employee Council?

DCSD hosts a monthly, two-hour Employee Council meeting (typically on the last Monday of the month) where topics of interest are presented and discussed. Employee Council members are asked to provide their input and feedback for the topic being discussed.
